Relax and let your cares melt away. Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that activates acupressure points on the feet and helps promote healing and relaxation throughout the body. Please wear comfortable clothing--pants should be able to be rolled up to the knees. Treat yourself or bring friends. We can accommodate small groups by appointment (2-5 persons).​

Massage Treatments:

​Tui Na Massage: This ancient practice works to relieve body blockages. Tui Na massage focuses on energetic points to bring the body, and Qi, into balance.

Swedish Massage: Firm, yet gentle, this traditional technique focuses on relaxation of the muscles and works to improve circulation and lymphatic movement.

Deep Tissue Massage: This technique has a deep penetration into the body, even stretching the fascia to promote the release of adhesions. Deep tissue work is often used for athletes and persons with chronic muscle pain or contractures.

Cupping Treatments:

Cupping Treatment: This technique uses negative pressure through the use of cups on muscle groups, utilizing energy points to promote relaxation, increase circulation, and remove blockages affecting the body's balance.

Infrared Sauna Sessions:

Our full spectrum infrared sauna relaxes muscles, detoxifies tissues, relieves stress, and improves circulation. For ultimate relaxation, our sauna is in a private room and only you or the person(s) you booked with will have access during your session. For groups of 3 or 4 persons, please call us at 503-283-7688 to schedule. NEW! Add halotherapy to any sauna session for $15 extra
